What's in Your Beauty Bag? Nordstrom wants to Hear from You!!!



Nordstrom and Women of Color (WOC) Worldwide, an inclusive community of women in fashion and beauty technology founded by retail technology agency Fayetteville Road, have partnered to amplify and level the field for Black founded beauty brands and their consumers. As part of Nordstrom's inclusive beauty campaign, the two forces have come together to bring Black women and Black led brands to the table to discuss their needs through the launch of What's in Your Beauty Bag survey.


Women and brands of color are often excluded from the beauty experience across major retail. Our voices are needed to demand a transformed beauty industry that seeks to understand and serve our needs in this space. The survey is designed to capture the beauty interests of women who look like us and determine how Black brands show up in Nordstrom and major retail with the goal of co-creating beauty experiences and opportunities that are accessible and available to consumers and founders of color.


By participating in this innovative two-part survey, you will help Nordstrom and WOC develop a new beauty standard in retail that includes and serves ALL women! We're asking for 10 minutes of your time to (1) discover your inner influencer and create a fun short video sharing your beauty products and (2) fill out a short questionnaire. Once you have completed both parts of the survey, you will receive a Nordstrom gift card and will be automatically entered for a chance to win a WOC Beauty Box full of our favorite Black founded beauty brands. Your voice is the change we need in beauty and beyond!
